Western Aid to Terrorists: Iraqi Forces Seize US-Supplied Anti-Armor Missiles from ISIS in Fallujah

Iraqi Forces Seize US-Supplied Anti-Armor Missiles from ISIL in Fallujah

On Saturday, the Iraqi forces discovered US-made military hardware and ammunition from terrorists in the town of Beiji.

“The military hardware and weapons had been airdropped by the US-led warplanes and choppers for the ISIL in the nearby areas of Beiji,” military sources told FNA.

In February, an Iraqi provincial official lashed out at the western countries and their regional allies for supporting Takfiri terrorists in Iraq, revealing that the US airplanes still continue to airdrop weapons and foodstuff for the ISIL terrorists.

“The US planes have dropped weapons for the ISIL terrorists in the areas under ISIL control and even in those areas that have been recently liberated from the ISIL control to encourage the terrorists to return to those places,” Coordinator of Iraqi popular forces Jafar al-Jaberi told FNA.

He noted that eyewitnesses in Al-Havijeh of Kirkuk province had witnessed the US airplanes dropping several suspicious parcels for ISIL terrorists in the province.

The spirit was freedom and justice
And it's keepers seem friendly and kind
It's leaders were supposed to serve the country
But now they won't pay it no mind

'Cause the people got fat and grew lazy
Now their vote is like a meaningless joke
You know they talk about law, about order
But it's all just an echo of what they've been told

'Cause there's a monster on the loose
It's got our heads into a noose
And it just sits there watchin'

America where are you now?

The U.S. Government Supplied ISIS’ Iconic Pickup Trucks

U.S. counter-terror officials have launched an investigation into how ISIS got so many of those identical Toyota pickup trucks which they use in their convoys.

They don’t have to look very far …

The Spectator reported last year:

The [Toyota] Hilux [pics] is light, fast, manoeuvrable and all but indestructible (‘bomb-proof’ might not, in this instance, be a happy usage). The weapons experts Jane’s claimed for the Hilux a similar significance to the longbows of Agincourt or the Huey choppers of Nam. A US Army Ranger said the Toyota sure ‘kicks the hell out of a Humvee’ (referring to the clumsy and over-sized High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle made by AM General).

The fact is the Toyotas were supplied by the US government to the Al Nusra Front as ‘non-lethal aid’ then ‘acquired’ by ISIS.

Al Nusra Front is literally Al Qaeda.

Dream one: Syria

I have to say that I am laughing about this. For months a mega-coalition of over 60 nations have bombed Daesh in Syria and not a single video of these strikes was shown. Now 50 or so Russian planes begin bombing and the Internet is flooded with videos of this strikes.

Ever wonder why that is?

North American Union: US/Canadian Generals Discussed Fully Integrating Their Militaries

Ever since the plans for the Trans-Texas Corridor (AKA NAFTA Superhighway) were canceled by the Federal Government and the Texas State Legislature, the theories surrounding the North American Union have largely fallen out of public’s awareness. However, every now and then a story will emerge that suggests that the governments of North America are still quietly conspiring to unite Canada, Mexico, and the US into a superstate, much like the European Union.

Is Barack Obama Actually TRYING To Start World War III?

Why has Barack Obama airdropped 50 tons of ammunition into areas that “moderate rebels” in Syria supposedly control? This is essentially the equivalent of poking the Russians directly in the eyes. Much of this ammunition will end up in the hands of those that the Russians are attempting to bomb into oblivion, and so to Russia it appears that we are attempting to make their job much harder.

BEX Alert!!! - "Netanyahu: Root of terrorism is that Palestinians don't want Israel to exist"

Israel will be here forever and will overcome terrorism, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared in his address to the Knesset at the opening of its winter session Monday.

"After 100 years of terrorism and 100 years of attempts to destroy the Zionist enterprise, our enemies still have not learned," he said. "Suicide terrorism was not victorious over us in the 90s and 00s, and the terrorism of knives will not be victorious over us now. What always wins is the recognition that this is our home and our homeland "Our will to live trumps our enemies' desire for death. There is no way to stop the Zionist enterprise," the prime minister added.

“Moderate Terrorists”. Deconstructing the NATO Narrative on Syria. “Leftists” Keep the Myth Alive

Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Avaaz, Moveon, and lesser-known, newly-created groups like The Syria Campaign, The White Helmets, and Action Group for Palestinians in Syria, are complicit in war-propagandizing and even calling for a (Libya 2.0) no-fly-zone bombing campaign of Syria.

On HRW, geopolitical analyst Eric Draitser noted:

Human Rights Watch is undeniably an appendage of US foreign policy. It is in many ways part of the ‘soft power’ arm of US power projection, a means of delegitimizing, demonizing, and otherwise destabilizing countries that do not play ball with the US…

Vigilant Twitter users have called out HRW’s lying Ken Roth for tweeting a photo he claimed to be Aleppo’s destruction from “barrel bombs” but which was, in fact, Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) post-Da’esh attacks and US-coalition bombs. In another outrageous case, Roth tweeted a video of the flattened al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood of Gaza, devastated by Israeli bombing in 2014, purporting it to be Aleppo.

ISIS-trained suspects planned terror attack on Moscow public transport – FSB

Several people were detained in a Moscow apartment on suspicion of planning a terror attack in Moscow, Russian news agencies reported, citing the FSB press service. Two of the detained confessed the attack was to be on public transport, the FSB said.

“It was determined that at a certain address in Moscow six to 11 people have occasionally been, some of them had undergone military training in camps of Islamic State terrorists on Syrian territory and arrived in Russia long before the start of Russian military operation in that country,” the press office of Russia’s Federal Security Service told Russian news agencies.

A self-made bomb with a capacity of 5 kilograms of TNT, an electric detonator, scales to weigh the bomb components, instruments and manuals on making explosives were found in a flat in an ordinary apartment building in western Moscow.

American aircraft carriers for the Russian cruise missiles have become - a huge floating cans

• Security of the whole of Europe, to put it mildly, quite challenged, and strictly speaking, if Russia wants - then the Euro-PRO will be only one big target and it does not help anyone
• Especially as - as some experts suggest, in the bombing of the Islamic state from the Caspian local waters are not only involved ships, but also strategic bombers TU-160 carrying missiles H-555 range of 2.5 thousand kilometers and the new H-101 range of 5,000 kilometers. And this is a NATO led to panic
• From now on, every Russian small ship, situated somewhere in the lake Ladoga, will be able to launch a rocket. These missiles at low altitude, unnoticed, spring over the whole of Europe and guided to the target satellite GLONASS hit an aircraft carrier somewhere near the La Mans, and he will not even get to understand who he is and where he hit

A Decisive Shift In The Power Balance Has Occurred

The world is beginning to realize that a seachange in world affairs occured on September 28 when President Putin of Russia stated in his UN speech that Russia can no longer tolerate Washington’s vicious, stupid, and failed policies that have unleashed chaos, which is engulfing the Middle East and now Europe. U.S. Navy to China: We’ll sail our ships near your man-made islands whenever we want

The United States is considering sailing warships close to China's artificial islands in the South China Sea to signal it does not recognize Chinese territorial claims over the area, a U.S. defense official said on Oct. 8. (Reuters)

U.S. officials could soon send a Navy ship steaming by a chain of man-made islands that China has built in the South China Sea, Pentagon officials said, potentially exacerbating tensions in an area in which Beijing is expanding its presence.

China set up a territorial limit around the islands, effectively claiming international waters as their own. Washington does not recognize those claims, prompting the Navy to develop plans to send at least one ship within 12 nautical miles of the islands, a defense official said.

War Party’s New Line: Vladimir Putin Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things

As the Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact collapsed, the rationale for spending one of every four US government budget dollars on a military jobs program and corporate welfare for “defense” contractors evaporated. With peace breaking out, American politicians faced the daunting task of remaining relevant without an external boogeyman to scare the bejabbers out of us commoners.

Bush the Elder and Bill Clinton tried hard to keep the scare up with Iraq, but after Desert Storm nobody really bought Saddam Hussein as a major threat to world peace. It took 9/11 to really put the War Party back in charge. They took full advantage, joyfully dancing on 3,000 graves while they dragged the US into interminable and expensive fiascoes in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere, all the while grooming a reluctant China as the next monster under the foreign policy bed.

Why did US Navy pull US Aircraft Carrier out of Persian Gulf?

The US has had an aircraft carrier stationed in the Persian Gulf ever since 2007. In the past week, the US Navy pulled the USS Theodore Roosevelt out of the Gulf. This sudden move, just when the Russian battleships, fitted with their pinpoint accuracy cruise missiles, sailed in to conduct a coordinated assault on the ISIS encampments in Syria. Now...I ask myself...why would the US do this? Why wouldn't the US want to maintain a strong presence in the Gulf...under such unprecedented circumstances? The only hunch I could come up with was that the US Military realized that the Theodore Roosevelt was woefully inadequate to stand up to the Russian "threat"...by that, I mean the threat of the radar (Khibiny) jamming capacity of the Russian Airforce. We wouldn't want a repeat of the ignominious "Donald Cook" incident, now would we?

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Roosevelt suffered a huge embarrassment during simulated war games in the Atlantic a while back, when a single French submarine succeeded in penetrating the Roosevelt's battle group and "sank" the carrier and a few of the escort ships as well.

American weapons may cost a lot of money and look very impressive, but it appears they are mostly a bluff, that Russia has now called!

Somebody hit a Syrian powerplant in Aleppo with F-16'S. Looks like the Russians may have to repeat their warning.

The Six Most Disastrous Interventions of the 21st Century

1 Afghanistan

The first was the disaster of the invasion of Afghanistan beginning in October 2001. I’m not sure we should call it a “crime,” since the international coalition that invaded was authorized by a UN resolution, or a “mistake” since it was clearly the result of calculation.

Medical Care for Terrorists Will Get You Bombed by the US… Unless You’re Israel

For a long period, Israeli military medics took in numerous insurgents from Jabhat al-Nusra (the Syrian branch of Al Qaeda) wounded from fighting to overthrow the Syrian government, patched them up, and sent them back across the border to resume fighting. The mainstream media has studiously ignored this story, but it has been amply documented and confirmed .

However, journalist Asa Winstanley has exposed this as pure propaganda:

The Saker: Week one of the Russian military intervention in Syria

As I have written in a recent column , the notion that Russia has established a no-fly zone over Syria is plain false: four SU-30MS, even if backed by six SU-34s are not enough to establish any kind of no-fly zone. The real mission of these SU-30MSs is to protect the Russian Air Force from any overzealous Turkish or Israeli fighter, not to establish a no-fly zone. In fact, according to the commander of the USAF operation over Syria, the US flies many more sorties than the Russians. What he does not add is that most of these US sorties do not include the release of weapons whereas all the Russian ones do. But, really, this is comparing apples and oranges. The USAF can fly as many sorties as it wants, only the Russian aircraft are operating in close coordination with Syrian and Iranian ground forces.

What worries me most is that people on both sides like to engage in cheap bravado and say things like “the Americans/Russians would never dare to attack a Russian/American aircraft”. This is a very dangerous way of thinking about what is going on because it ignores all the historical evidence for decision-makers taking very dumb decisions to try to avoid appearing humiliated by the other side (Ehud Olmert in 2006, immediately comes to mind). The fact that Obama and the USA look totally out-smarted is nice, of course, but also potentially very dangerous.

The Soviet T-34: The Lethal Tank that Won World War II?

The T-34 had a Christy suspension. An American invention rejected by the US military.

On June 22, 1941, Nazi German launched Operation Barbarossa, a massive attack on the Soviet Union that was the largest invasion in history.

More than three million German soldiers, 150 divisions and 3,000 tanks comprised three mammoth army groups that created a front more than 1,800 miles long.

For months Germans won victory after resounding victory. But then the attack stalled—and the appearance of a new Soviet tank stunned the Wehrmacht.

It was the T-34. The new armored vehicle had an excellent 76-millimeter gun and thick sloped armor and cruised at more than 35 miles per hour. It possessed many advanced design features for the time—and it could blow German Panzers to Hell.

The hearing is one of many interfaces between corporate-financier funded policy think tanks and the politicians who will ultimately rubber stamp their schemes and designs into law. It consists of a panel of bought-off, self-serving senators, listening to think-tank academics with no practical experience along with retired generals drawing paychecks by keeping big-defense, big-oil, big-ag, big-finance, and others well fed...

The government may declare victory in wars started in foreign lands, but for the people who live in small towns in this land the results are barely distinguishable from defeat. Lives are lost, families destroyed, futures shattered, hopes ruined; all this is the price paid by the people for the "foreign entanglements" we were long ago warned to avoid. The real price of war is paid not just by those who died in it, but by those who are left behind who bury their dead and pay the bills.

And now it may happen again. Having bred a new generation of soldiers far too young to know what their service in war costs their own families, the present administration is trying to start a war of conquest, to barter the surplus population of "useless eaters" for even more wealth and power. And if the leaders obtain that wealth and power they will declare victory, while the people of America who live in towns like the one I grew up in will salve their grief with cheap ribbons and plaques.

US pulls aircraft carrier out of Persian Gulf as Russian ships enter

The United States has pulled out the USS Theodore Roosevelt, a massive, nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, of the Persian Gulf as Russian warships have entered the area.

For the first time since 2007, the US Navy has now no aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf, according to NBC News.

The warship was withdrawn from the Persian Gulf on Thursday, a day after Russia fired 26 long-range cruise missiles from its Caspian Flotilla against terrorists in Syria, Pentagon officials said.

US military officials claimed that the aircraft carrier, which the houses about 5,000 sailors and 65 fighter jets, was withdrawn because it needed to undergo maintenance.

Fighting farmers and bombing hospitals doesn't tune one up for a major bout with one of the big boys! Another surprise for the US Pentagram. Reminds me of the surprise the Russians gave the Wehrmacht back in "41" with the T-34. Wonder what else they have up their sleeve?

“The effective range of the Russian cruise missiles came as the biggest surprise as the 1,500 kilometers they covered before hitting their targets is at stark variance with their declared range of just 300 kilometers,” the BBC quoted Russian military expert Andrei Soyustov.

The Military Is Creating Vampire Drones That Die in the Sun

The program is called Inbound, Controlled, Air-Releasable, Unrecoverable Systems, or ICARUS, after the boy in Greek mythology who flew too close to the sun and saw his feather and wax wings melt. But the mission for this ICARUS is far simpler: the Pentagon wants to send drones on one-way trips. DARPA is seeking to address a “capability gap in eliminating the leave-behind of air vehicles used to deliver supplies to personnel on the ground without requiring pack-out. Such pack-out of these systems is cumbersome, time-consuming, and adds significant weight to the individuals’ loads,” officials wrote in the announcement. The program will last 26 months with about $8 million in funding.

Anti-terror campaign in Syria not burden on our budget: Moscow

Russia says the recent anti-terror military campaign in Syria does not strain its current government’s budget.

Speaking to reporters in a Friday conference call, the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that his country’s air campaign in the Arab country did not burden the Defense Ministry's budget with any additional financial allocations, AFP reported.

He also noted that the military operation in Syria was not noticeable in financial terms in comparison with the large-scale military drills that Russia has held recently.

NATO: Crazed and Dangerous

Precisely why Russian action against Saudi Arabia’s proxy militias of fanatics is against western interests is something which nobody in the western elite seems to believe it is necessary to explain. That Russia is bad and evil and must be opposed is another one of those axiomatic beliefs of the governing elite, which they can’t bring themselves to believe the public do not wholeheartedly share. Equally they cannot quite understand why we the people do not see the necessity of backing the Saudi regime.

I am a stern critic of Russia’s democratic deficit, human rights record, and gangster dominated economy and government. But on all these counts it is still a thousand times better than Saudi Arabia, and I am quite certain that 99% of Europeans would be happier living in St Petersburg than Riyadh.

If the Russians turn back CIA and Saudi-backed rebels I for one shall be delighted.

Obama Advisors Recommend US Military Withdrawal From Syria

High-level security advisors to US President Barack Obama recommended that the US should withdraw its military forces from Syria and abandon plans of Assad’s resignation, DWN wrote.

Instead, high-ranking White House officials suggest that the US should undertake steps to improve the situation of the Syrian population and stop the refugee flow, the newspaper reported.

Advisors argue that the overthrow of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is not enforceable anymore. Therefore, the Americans should pull back their military forces and contribute to the restoration of destroyed cities and the supply of the population instead. According to US officials, these steps would help to stop the massive waves of refugees from the region.

The FSA is currently being squeezed from all directions by the Syrian military, Russian airstrikes, and competition from jihadist fighters including ISIS.

"Five hundred TOWs is not an inconsequential number," Jeffrey White, a defense fellow at The Washington Institute, told Business Insider.

Selective Service Reignites Registration Campaign

About a week ago, Selective Service pamphlets began showing up again in U.S. Post Offices across the country. With conflicts on the rise across the globe, the U.S. program has once again shifted into high gear to register all eligible U.S. males, legal and illegal, between the ages of 18-25 in the event a U.S. military draft becomes necessary.

Failing to register or comply with the Military Selective Service Act is a felony punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 or a prison term of up to five years, or a combination of both. Also, a person who knowingly counsels, aids, or abets another to fail to comply with the Act is subject to the same penalties.

The Use and Abuse of Culture (and Children): The Human Terrain System’s Rationalization of Pedophilia in Afghanistan

“The Americans running the base had decided it was wrong. They worried about elder men preying sexually on young boys. They wanted to arrest the Afghan men–but the Human Terrain team persuaded the base commanders that this was an accepted part of Afghan sexual culture. I wonder how long it will be before the anthropologists start telling the military that what they think of as ’corruption’ is in reality a deeply rooted system of tribal patronage in Afghanistan that they should accept.” (Curtis 2010)

Today’s College Shooting: Guns and Death Top Story so that Russia and Syria Aren’t

There was another school shooting today and it’s taking top billing as the top news story of the day on all major networks. All press resources are apparently being directed to North Arizona University where one student is dead and three others are injured after a freshman opened fire on a group of students.

While this is being reported on with all the drama and caliber of a mass shooting like, say, the Oregon shooting, if you actually read the story, you’ll find out it isn’t the same at all.

Two groups of students got into a fight that escalated to this shooting. One of the groups involved Delta Chi Fraternity members. One guy had a gun. The suspect did not leave the scene and was promptly arrested without further incident according to USA Today. This is nothing like the traditional mass shooting that the media usually pounces on.

In fact, worse shooting altercation stories come out of Chicago on any given weekend.

The World's Silliest Empire

The first bit of extreme silliness surfaced when Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, the head of the United States Central Command, told a Senate panel that only a very small number of Syrian fighters trained by the United States remained in the fight—perhaps as few as five. The tab for training and equipping them was $500 million. That's $100 million per fighter, but that's OK, because it's all good as long as the military contractors are getting paid. Things got even sillier when it later turned out that even these few fighters got car-jacked by ISIS/al Qaeda in Syria (whatever they are currently calling themselves) and got their vehicles and weapons taken away from them.

Shock and Awe in Syria

Syrian Human Rights Observatory reports a dozen Saudi officers killed outside Homs!
The Syrian army fought heavy battles with insurgents for control of a hilltop in a mountainous range close to Leticia’s coastal heartland, local and witnesses says.
The fighting was centered around Jub al Ahmar, a highland area in Latakia province which would allow the army to more effectively pound rebel positions in the nearby Ghab Plain, said Rami Abdulrahman, the head of the discredited London Based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, believed to be a CIA front tied to al Qaeda.

'Russia is Defending Europe by Fighting Terrorists in the Middle East'

Instead of using this opportunity to present a united front against Islamic extremism, the United States and NATO have only criticized Moscow for its anti-terrorism efforts employing rhetoric reminiscent of the Cold War era.

It should come as no surprise, since Washington, according to the analyst, has no intention to tackle ISIL. "When we look at the US operations and compare them to the ones undertaken by Russia we can clearly see that it's Russia who is trying to fight the terrorist threat in the Middle East, not the United States," he pointed out.

Moreover, the US is using the refugee crisis to its own advantage, Piskorski noted. He mentioned that American foundations are sponsoring NGOs across Europe that are assisting incoming migrants. But Washington appears not to be driven by humanitarian concerns.

Free Thought vs. Social Conformity

As celebrated thinker Edward de Bono notes: ‘If everyone is going in the same direction, then anyone who is going in a different direction is “wrong”. The other direction might be better – but it is still wrong.’

Such is the powerful pull of social conformity. People cannot be fully trusted to say and do what they think is right if others around them are all expressing an opposite opinion. This is because the pull towards social conformity, whether conscious or unconscious, is just too strong. The danger here is that in such environments a person is more likely to give away their personal responsibility than act upon it. A group more generally exhibits a lack of responsibility on the part of its members since each person thinks that the overall responsibility can be shared. Since there is no individual blame to be accrued, a person tends to relinquish their own personal responsibility.

The result is that each person reinforces the other’s inertia. Thus, non-action actually becomes the accepted norm within the group. This inertia is then reinforced and validated, often through personal rationalization, since so much has been invested in the group. To be wrong could inflict much angst upon an individual; it is therefore better to rationalize one’s actions as correct. This ‘fear of responsibility’ is a product of socialization and renders an individual less capable of dealing fluidly with the uncertainties and complexities of a full life.

The Deadly Fraud of "American Exceptionalism"

Doubtless you have heard more than once the term "American Exceptionalism." It implies, in short, that we are somehow special, different, superior. We are the "city upon a hill" whose freedoms and accomplishments set us apart. Alexis de Tocqueville coined the phrase midway through the 19th century, and it has enjoyed constant deployment by politicians and pundits ever since, because it lights a warm bulb of self-satisfaction in many bellies ... and people feeling good about themselves are easier to convince. Salesmen thrived on this axiom before Babylon's bricks were laid.

But whatever the determination of the neocon plot, they are only the barking dogs of master imperialist Zbigniew Brzezinski, whose grand design has been creeping over the globe since he stepped into the Oval office as National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter in 1977.

Webmaster's Commentary:

For you Doctor Who fans, have you noticed how much Zbigniew Brzezinski looks (and acts) like Davros? :)

Russia Makes It Rainy Days for Would-Be Sultan Erdogan and America's Geopolitical Jihadi Tools

Meanwhile NATO is too busy training to 'defend' against Russia to be fighting terrorists

On October 3, a U.S. AC-130 gunship attacked a hospital run by Médecins Sans Frontières in Kunduz, Afghanistan, partially destroying it. Twelve staff members and 10 patients, including three children, were killed, and 37 people were injured. According to MSF, the U.S. had previously been informed of the hospital’s precise location, and the attack continued for 30 minutes after staff members desperately called the U.S. military. The U.S. first claimed the hospital had been “collateral damage” in an airstrike aimed at “individuals” elsewhere who were “threatening the force.” Since then, various vague and contradictory explanations have been offered by the U.S. and Afghan governments, both of which promise to investigate the bombing. MSF has called the attack a war crime and demanded an independent investigation by a commission set up under the Geneva Conventions.

Russian Allies Are Already Wiping the Floor with ISIS

These days you have to be skeptical of every piece of information that you come across, especially if it comes from a mainstream Western news source. Of course, foreign news outlets aren’t immune from fudging the truth either. At the end of the day, everyone has an agenda, and you have to trust your gut until multiple sources come to the same conclusion. And when it comes to the war in Syria, nobody is completely innocent, so we have to take everything with a grain of salt until all the facts are in.

With that said, we’re not going to get anywhere near the truth with the Western media until the truth becomes undeniable. If we want to get an idea of what’s happening on the ground in Syria right now, and how effective the Russian airstrikes have really been, we have turn to foreign news sources.

So far the earliest reports are coming out of the Iranian news website known as Farsnews. If their reports are anywhere near the truth, then the Syrian insurgency is on the ropes.

‘Which side are you fighting for?’ Russia blasts US for refusing to share intel on ISIS

Washington’s failure to share data with Russian intelligence about terrorist positions in Syria makes one question the goals that Americans have in their anti-ISIS campaign in Syria and Iraq, a senior Russian diplomat has said.

The refusal to share intelligence on terrorists “just confirms once more what we knew from the very start, that the US goals in Syria have little to do with creating the conditions for a political process and national reconciliation,” Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said Thursday.

“I would risk saying that by doing this the US and the countries that joined the US-led coalition are putting themselves in a politically dubious position. The question is: which side are you fighting for in this war?”

IDF accused of inciting, mistreating Palestinian protesters as West Bank violence rages on

Palestinian media was outraged by footage shot by several cameras, including those belonging to RT, which showed Israeli soldiers continuing to beat and kick several protesters long after they had been restrained.

IDF has said it would investigate the footage.

In another episode, several apparent plainclothes Israeli agents stood alongside Palestinians as they launched slingshots, only to suddenly unsheathe their firearms, and begin arresting those in the crowd around them.

ISIS training militants from Russia in Afghanistan, US and UK citizens among instructors - diplomat

Islamic State is training militants from Russia in Afghanistan as part of its efforts to expand into Central Asia, a senior Russian diplomat told a security conference in Moscow. He added that US and UK passport holders are among the instructors.

“There are several camps operated by [Islamic State, previously ISIS/ISIL, in Afghanistan] that train people from Central Asia and some regions of Russia. They speak Russian there,” said Zamir Kabulov, President Putin’s special representative for Afghanistan.

He added that there is a wide national variety of instructors in those camps. There are Arabs, Pakistanis and even people with US and British citizenship, he said.

International Military Review - Syria, Oct 7, 2015

On Tuesday the Syrian army and the Lebanese stormed the positions of the militant groups in the nearby areas of Tal-Ahmar and retook full control over this strategic hilltop. Arab sources further added that scores of the militant groups' members were killed or wounded. However, it’s more likely that militants just retreated from the positions captured only two days ago.

Meantime, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Hezbollah carried out operation against the strongholds of the militant groups in Ayn al-Nuriyeh area in Quneitra province. A convoy loaded with weapons and ammunitions was destroyed near al-Hamidiyeh in Quneitra. The convoy belonged to the moderate terrorist group, Free Syrian Army.

Last night, the SAA conducted operation against positions of al-Nusra Front and its allies in the villages of Jibbata al-Khashab and Tranjeh. Reportedly, the militants' ammunition depot was destroyed. The clashes were also observed at the village of Tranjeh.
