Rush Limbaugh Just Exposed One Thing About Fox News That Could Lose Viewers – It Might Surprise You

With all eyes on the Fox News/Donald Trump debate feud filling the news cycle, many are wondering who is hurt most by the kerfuffle. If Rush Limbaugh is right, though, it seems the network is the one coming out worse for wear.

During his show on Wednesday, Limbaugh told his audience that many are telling him the network once hailed as the conservative news network is falling in people’s esteem. He said “I’m here to tell you Fox News is not considered the conservative network it used to be.”

In an interview on CNN, Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s campaign manager, said Brooke Sammon, daughter of Fox News Channel Vice President Bill Sammon, serves as national press secretary for Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., who is battling Trump for the Republican presidential nomination.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Marco Rubio, like Ted Cruz, does not meet the "Natural Born" requirement to be President. Although born in Miami, his parents were not American citizens at the time, but Cuban.

Watch What Happens When O’Reilly Asks Trump The 1 ‘Embarrassing’ Question He Didn’t Want To Be Asked

Amid a discussion that was both heated and contentious, Fox News host Bill O’Reilly managed to get a smile out of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on his Wednesday night show.

However, he did not get Trump to change his mind and agree to attend Thursday’s Republican residential debate. In fact, O’Reilly had to agree that he had broken a pre-show agreement with Trump in which O’Reilly had promised not to bring up the debate.

Rule 1: Talk About Anything Political in Hollywood ... Except Gaza

As casualties mount in Gaza, an uncharacteristic reticence about the conflict has settled over high-level Hollywood. Cultural affinity and political support for Israel run deep in the entertainment industry, as they have since Israel's founding in 1948. It's commonplace for top executives to be on a first-name basis with prominent Israeli politicians and business leaders. As a consequence, the current Israeli incursion into Gaza, even with its civilian and child casualties, has not generated public debate among executive ranks. The celebrities and athletes who have expressed pro-Palestinian sentiments are being dismissed — for now at least — as "uninformed," an adjective expressed to THR by several top executives.

HuffPost to publish anti-Trump kicker with all Trump coverage

The Huffington Post has started appending an editor’s note to the bottom of posts about Republican presidential contender Donald Trump, calling him a "racist," a "liar" and a "xenophobe," and reminding readers of his proposal to ban all Muslims from entering the United States.

“Note to our readers: Donald Trump is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, birther and bully who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims -- 1.6 billion members of an entire religion -- from entering the U.S.,” reads the note, which was added to an article about Trump’s feud with Fox News published last night. The note also includes links to prior coverage of Trump's comments.

A Huffington Post spokesperson told POLITICO that the note will be added to all future stories about Trump.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Wow! The establishment is REALLY afraid of Trump, and like FOX News, Huffington Post just broadcast that they are part of the establishment!

Trump Just Announced The REAL Reason He’s Skipping Debate – It’s NOT Megyn Kelly

Trump began to make noise hinting that he might not attend the event, and Tuesday evening he announced he would not participate in debate.

But Trump isn’t staying away from the debate just because Kelly wasn’t removed from the moderator panel. In fact, Trump says, the final straw was the snarky public letter Fox put out after he announced he was going to skip the debate.

“It was the childishly written and taunting PR statement by Fox that made me not do the debate,” Trump posted on Twitter. “More so than lightweight reporter, Megyn Kelly.”

Japan adopts negative interest rate in surprise move

BBC: The benchmark rate of -0.1% means that commercial banks will be charged by the central bank for some deposits.

The charge does not directly apply to ordinary customers' accounts.

Trump overshadows Republican debate even as he sits it out

Without Trump on stage, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie found themselves with more room to make their case to voters seeking a more mainstream candidate.

Both men have an eye on the Feb. 9 first-in-the-nation primary in New Hampshire, which comes on the heels of the Iowa caucuses on Monday and where an establishment Republican like them might have a better chance of standing out.

Senator Ted Cruz from Texas and Senator Marco Rubio from Florida, the two top challengers to Trump in Iowa, engaged in squabbles over immigration and national security and did not appear to threaten Trump's lead. He holds the edge over Cruz in polls of Iowa Republicans.

Trump's rivals mocked his decision to sit out the debate and found ways to criticise him.

Western State Terrorists Slander Putin

Washington and London are all-out to demonize Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Only days after a British judge insinuated that Putin had ordered the murder of a former Russian intelligence agent, the BBC and the American Treasury Department were accusing the Russian president of financial corruption. Meanwhile, in the world of hard facts Washington and London are guilty of state terrorism involving the murder of millions of innocent people. We may marvel at the discrepancy. The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine

One cant understand the Palestinian-zionist conflict without bringing the whole geopolitical context that happened for half a century (and even beyond that) before the actual ethnic cleansing of Palestine:

Paul Krugman Unironically Anoints Himself Arbiter of “Seriousness”: Only Clinton Supporters Eligible

For years, New York Times columnist Paul Krugman has repeatedly complained about the D.C. orthodoxy-enforcing tactic of labeling only those who subscribe to Washington pieties as “Very Serious People,” or “VSPs.” It’s a term Krugman borrowed (with credit) from the liberal blogger Atrios, who first coined it to illustrate how Iraq War opponents were instantly marginalized in establishment discourse and only war advocates were deemed to be Serious. Krugman mockingly uses it so often that the New York Times created a special tag for the term. The primary purpose of the “VSP” tactic is to malign anyone who dissents from D.C. establishment pieties as non-Serious or un-Serious, thus demeaning the person as someone who can (and should) be ignored as residing on the fringe, unworthy of engagement or a real platform regardless of the merits of their position.

CNN Will Air Trump Rally Opposite Fox News Debate

CNN has announced that they will air Trump’s rally that he is holding live opposite the Fox News Debate in a bit of a shameless ratings play. Onion staffers may think twice before they produce more stories like Hillary Clinton Tries To Woo Voters By Rescinding Candidacy, Hillary Clinton To Nation: ‘Do Not Fuck This Up For Me,’ Hillary Clinton: The Merciless, Unrelenting March To The Presidency, or the signed Hillary Clinton editorial titled I’m Weighing Whether Or Not I Want To Go Through The Hell Of Appealing To You Idiotic, Uninformed Oafs.

Many news outlets covered Univision Communications’ purchase last week of a stake in The Onion, the world’s leading news publication. According to NPR, Univision bought a 40 percent controlling interest in the company, and also acquired the option to buy the remainder of The Onion in the future.

Webmaster's Commentary:

One also has to wonder about Clinton's connection to Comedy Central.

A couple of nights ago, on "The Daily Show". Trevor Noah did a hit piece on Bernie Sanders, including a photoshopped image of him buck naked from the back, with a garlanded g string.

Larry Wilmore, of "The Nightly Show", also appears to have been giving his marching orders to demonise both Trump and Sanders.

But I have noticed that neither has so much as breathed one quiet sentence, unflattering to Hillary Clinton.

Interesting.

BEX Alert!!! - "Report: LaVoy Finicum, armed with a handgun, reached for his waistband just before he was shot "

Everyone knew that LaVoy Finicum kept a Colt .45 on his hip.

That common knowledge could help explain how the occupier in Oregon died.

In the moments before he was shot by authorities Tuesday afternoon, Finicum led a high-speed getaway attempt. He then reached for his waistband, prompting authorities to open fire, according to a CNN report.

The report, which cites anonymous law enforcement officials but has not been confirmed by The Washington Post, is corroborated by a statement from an occupier who said he was traveling with Finicum at the time of the traffic stop.

Another self-described witness disputes that, saying that authorities opened fire before the getaway chase and that Finicum had his hands up when he was shot.

NYT: Global Warming Could Be Causing Malformed Babies In Brazil

The paper notes that researchers have suggested the Zika virus, which has stoked widespread panic in pregnant women in Mexico and Brazil, is likely the result of an upsurge in the mosquito population brought on by global warming. The carrier of the disease, a mosquito called the Aedes, is believed to carry other viruses, such as Dengue and Yellow fever.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The fact that GM versions of that exact mosquito were being released into the wild at that time is, of course, not to be considered as having anything to do with the problem.

This uprising is about more than knives

Inevitably, the journalists left once a massive crackdown significantly reduced the number of deadly attacks against Israelis in the city. It is an all too familiar pattern for Palestinians, who know by now that it’s only “escalation” when there are dead or wounded Israelis. Deaths, injuries, arrests and home demolitions inflicted on Palestinians by Israel are deemed business as usual, not worthy of further inquiry.

Jan 28 08:46

Is the dreaded Zika virus another giant scam?

So we now have governments warning women not to get pregnant. A new form of depopulation. Don’t get pregnant. If you do, and a mosquito bites you, you could give birth to a severely damaged child. Not only that, we have massive advisories against travel, for pregnant women. And 200,000 soldiers in Brazil, the site of the upcoming Olympics, are going door to door and distributing information about this new “plague.” Are the soldiers also telling men and women not to have sex? Who knows?

So let’s take a little side trip to Scam City and examine the science behind the Zika virus and the assertion that it is causing birth defects.

bex alert - Thank God for conspiracy theorists – they keep our society sharp

Those so-called “scientists” are at it again. First they tried to make us believe that men really landed on the moon. Now they’re claiming, with characteristic cheek, that any other theory is mathematically impossible.

An Oxford physicist, Dr David Grimes, has created an equation which expresses the maximum longevity of any given secret as a function of the number of people who are in on it. A plot involving 125 people might last a century, whereas one involving the 411,000 employees of Nasa would leak within three years and eight months.

EXPOSED: FoxNews Planned an ‘Ambush’ for Donald Trump at Iowa Debate

And today it was revealed how Trump’s decision may have been brilliant in light of shocking invitations from Fox News and Google to anti-Trump activists to participate and ask questions of the candidates — including a Muslim and an illegal alien.

FoxNews and Google invited three YouTube personalities who will be allowed to address the candidates directly at the debate. Two of them appear to have been chosen by Fox and Google because of their opposition to Trump’s positions against radicals Muslims and in favor of deporting illegal aliens.

FoxNews and the RNC approved the liberal Google’s choice of these radical activist. The third, Mark Watson, is a Black activist whose position on Trump is unknown.

The network, currently reeling from Trump’s debate withdrawal, is not responding to media inquiries as to why they accepted radical leftist activists to question GOP candidates.

Trump boycotts debate, says Fox’s Megyn Kelly is unfair

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won't take part in Thursday's debate, claiming the Fox's Megyn Kelly isn't fair to him.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Kelly was hardly fair and balanced in the debates. She was in full-on attack mode right from the start as FOX wants to get Trump out of the race and move the party favorites forward; a repeat of how they treated Ron Paul in 2008 and 2012.

But FOX's hard line is going to blow up in their faces. The debate is going to be the losers, Megyn Kelly foremost among them, whining about Trump for on hour and a half. I don't intend to waste my time watching this debate and I suspect the audience numbers for the debate will be very low.

Breaking News: Leader of Oregon occupation arrested, 1 dead after confrontation with authorities

(Reuters) - The leader of an armed occupation at a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon was arrested on Tuesday during a confrontation in which one person was killed and another was wounded, the FBI said.

Protesters were still occupying the remote Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in eastern Oregon after leader Ammon Bundy's arrest and the Federal Bureau of Investigation was setting up a perimeter, a law enforcement official told Reuters.

The takeover at Malheur that started Jan. 2 is the latest flare-up in the so-called Sagebrush Rebellion, a decades-old conflict over the U.S. government's control of millions acres of land in the West.

Four other people were taken into custody along with Bundy following the confrontation along Highway 395 in northeast Oregon, according to the FBI. A fifth individual was arrested by the Oregon State Police in a separate incident in Burns, Oregon.

*hyperlinks/videos live at source*

hat tip: The Intercept

The big deal about Ms. Clinton is the same for all “leaders” of both US political parties:

They are War Criminals for engaging US military into armed attacks that are the Orwellian opposite of what war law prevents in crystal-clear letter and intent.
They are guilty of Crimes Against Humanity for ongoing intentional policy of poverty that’s killed over 400 million human beings just since 1995 (~75% children; more deaths than from all wars in Earth’s recorded history).
They are criminally complicit in the destruction of nearly all rights lawfully guaranteed in the US Bill of Rights within the US Constitution, and in Orwellian inversion of limited government.

Ms. Clinton acted in Orwellian opposition to her Oath-sworn job as US Secretary of State with ongoing violations of the US Constitution through US Wars of Aggression, various US War Crimes, and support of other nations’ Wars of Aggression.

The issue covered many topics, including NSA spying, whether vaccines caused autism, the Sandy Hook controversy, and many other issues. I briefly flipped through the issue and found a section on 9/11. They presented a chart describing 5 or so theories regarding 9/11. The top was that the U.S. government had advance knowledge of the 9/11 attacks and did nothing to prevent it. They last theory listed was that Israel did 9/11 to justify wars and Israel's agenda. I do not recall their exact words, but I was very shocked that such a publication would even mention this! They did not present it in a disparaging manner.

Mainstream Media Hides Gun Owners

Gun owners are portrayed as angry white men. Gun owners are portrayed as elitists rather than as populists. The mainstream news deliberately ignores young women who have chosen to own and carry guns for self-defense. The media ignores minorities and the poor who choose to own a gun to protect their family. The media sells us the violence committed with a gun rather than reporting on the lives saved with a firearm. You’re left with a distorted view of the world if you only get your news glancing at the mainstream news.

The New X-Files Is One Long Gulp of Clinton-Era Conspiracy Theories

BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX!
Conspiracy theories have changed fundamentally as they've made their way from obscure bookstores to your extended family's Facebook posts. They've lost their mythological aspects and become more darkly existential, as well as drifted further and further toward the political right. It's no longer dreaming about hidden alien technology–it's about seeing the grieving families of shooting victims on TV and thinking they're hired actors.

The phrases "crisis actor," "creeping sharia," and "white genocide" didn't exist when the X-Files first aired, and they don't really exist for the new series either. Thanks to social media and fake news sites, we're awash in conspiracy theories—from Obama's plans for a military invasion of the American Southwest to subliminal messages about interracial sex encoded in the new Star Wars movie—that the show's creators have decided, reasonably, to ignore in favor of almost quaintly old-fashioned stuff like Roswell and gravitational warp drives. It seems like real life has finally gotten too weird for The X-Files.

Let me put it this way. Forget the name is Trump. If they've never heard of him before or if he's never been in politics before, if he's not part of the structure, the infrastructure, if he hasn't paid his dues, if he's not part of the clique, they don't want him in there. It's exclusionary and it's got all kinds of people who want to get into it, who want to climb that ladder, who want to be at the top, and you just don't get there.

In many ways it's not merit based like so many other things in life are. So there is a natural enmity to outsiders, to intruders. And when an outsider or intruder gets in, gets a nose under the tent and starts making noise, then the establishment lifelong members start caucusing together to figure out how they can get rid of this intruder who might just shake everything up. When it comes time to get rid of the intruder all they know to do is what they've always done. They go to their playbook. Whatever party politics playbooks there are, they go to them.

(*Isn't The Dealey Plaza play in those books ?)

Bernie v. Media

Major corporate media outlets in the United States are reporting on a new viability for Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign, based on his rise in the polls nationally and in Iowa and New Hampshire -- and possibly, though this goes largely unmentioned, based on his big new advertising purchases from major corporate media outlets. In independent progressive media as well, there's a small flood of maybe-he-can-really-win articles.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Left unsaid: Bernie is leading in the polls in Iowa and New Hampshire because Democratic voters are fed up with Hillary, and while she may never go to prison, most people feel she ought to! The revelation that her private server contained SAP classified material was a real wake-up call! The only hope Hillary has of winning is to steal the election.

A host of conservatives are trying to derail the campaign of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump through a National Review cover story that denounces Trump. Hayward, Mark Helprin, William Kristol, Yuval Levin, Dana Loesch, Andrew C. McCarthy, David M. McIntosh, Michael Medved, Edwin Meese III, Russell Moore, Michael B. Muskasey, Katie Pavlich, John Podhoretz, R. R. Reno, Thomas Sowell and Cal Thomas.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Latest word is that the anti-Trump issue triggered a flood of cancellations for the National Review.

Fact Check: Was Hillary Clinton fired from Watergate investigation?

Zeifman said that Rodham wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents.

After the Nixon impeachment investigation was finished, Zeifman fired Rodham and said he refused to give her a letter of recommendation.

According to the Calabrese column as reported by TruthOrFiction.com, Zeifman said he regrets not reporting Rodham to the appropriate bar association.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Interesting piece of propaganda that lays out the facts and quotes, then tries (unsuccessfully) to cast doubt on it all.

WOW National Review Has Sent Out a Letter About Cancellations in the Wake of the Trump Attack Edition

Last night, National Review published a special edition of its magazine, devoted to attacking Donald Trump. Less than 12 hours later, NR publisher Jack Fowler sent the below letter to "friends of the magazine." This is a very unusual letter. It suggests to me that cancellations to the magazine must be pouring in because of the Trump attack edition.

Australia’s day for secrets, flags and cowards

by John Pilger

The original Australians are the oldest human presence. To the European invaders, they did not exist because their continent had been declared terra nullius: empty land. To justify this fiction, mass murder was ordained. In 1838, the Sydney Monitor reported:"It was resolved to exterminate the whole race of blacks in that quarter."

On 3rd December 2015 at the United States Capitol in Washington a statue was unveiled in honour of Richard “Dick” Cheney, former vice President to George W. Bush. In line with all other past vice-presidents a marble bust will now rest alongside all other United States vice-Presidents.

Another Jimmy Savile could ‘be lurking in the BBC’, says leaked report

The BBC has an “ingrained” culture of quashing dissent, serving staff have warned, as a leaked draft of an official report expressed concerns that “a predatory child abuser could be lurking undiscovered in the BBC even today”.

A draft of the Dame Janet Smith review of practices at the BBC found that the fear of whistleblowing at the organisation was “even worse” in the current era than at the time Jimmy Savile was abusing children while working for the broadcaster.

That South Carolina bill to register journalists? It was a ruse.

After submitting the “South Carolina Responsible Journalism Registry Law,” state Rep. Mike Pitts, a Republican, basically told the Post and Courier of Charleston that he was trolling the media; he knew journalists would flip out over the proposal to curtail 1st Amendment freedoms (we did), and he figured that reaction would stand in contrast to their lack of outrage over efforts to limit 2nd Amendment rights.

However, subsequent re-testing of the samples has found that the lab results and analysis provided to Marketplace were incorrect, and that there is no evidence of problems with those products.

Kicking the Poland 'Putinization' Can

From the Polish media we learn that German authorities ordered the destruction of CCTV evidence of the Cologne attacks.

We know that the Polish media cannot be trusted because Law and Justice (PiS) has been busy stacking the state media overseeing with its own cronies. To be sure the previous pro-EU leftist government had done the exact same, but that is okay because it was done in pursuit of the goals of social justice. As exemplified by, say, the German and Swedish media, which have been ordered at the highest levels to avoid reporting on minor political issues, such as the mass rape of their own women by refugees. What refugees? What rape? What Turkish sponsorship of ISIS? Hey, look over there – isn’t Julian Assange a chauvinist pig for not wearing a condom during consensual sex?

Every false flag in the making is detected ahead of time by somebody’s intelligence services

Every false flag in the making is detected ahead of time by somebody’s intelligence services—usually more than one country—because spying today is so effective and so universal. Officials in possession of this secret information often pass it on to the country that’s targeted, in the sincere belief that a heads-up will be appreciated.

But often the information isn’t welcomed—-because the fix is already in. Treasonous assets within the targeted country’s chain of command, who are prepared for the possibility of a leak, take measures to block the information from reaching those who might act on it in a meaningful way.

BEXALERT!: Earth’s temperature depends on where you put thermometer

HMMMMM!It all depends on where you put the thermometer. Maybe they should try a rectal thermometer!

WASHINGTON (AP) — When it comes to measuring global warming, it’s all about altitude.

Temperature readings taken close to Earth’s surface — about 6 feet off the ground — show a slightly warmer planet than measurements taken from on high by satellites in orbit.

And that discrepancy has given ammunition to climate-change doubters.

Government agencies and most scientists rely primarily on ground measurements, and they show that 2015 was the warmest year on record.

Penn Envy: Fear of Citizen Journalism Defined Commercial Media’s Hostile Response to the Interview of the Decade

Oscar winner Sean Penn and Mexican film and TV star Kate del Castillo recently played staring roles as citizen journalists and scooped the world’s major media outlets by scoring a sit-down interview with a notorious Mexican narco-trafficker: Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera (aka Chapo Guzmán).

As one of the longtime leaders of the powerful Sinaloa drug-trafficking organization, Guzmán has been on the run from law enforcers for years — having previously twice escaped from high-security Mexican prisons.

Penn said in a recent interview with CBS News that the story he authored for Rolling Stone magazine earlier this month based on the visit with Guzmán was intended to spur a deeper discussion about drug-war policy. Instead, it drew a round of cackles from major U.S. media machines like the Washington Post, which characterized Penn’s first-person account as being self-absorbed and an insult to the dozens of Mexican journalists who have been murdered covering the drug war.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The corporate media has been pretending that the independent media are unimportant, but when someone with Sean Penn's star power joins our ranks, corporate media starts to sweat!

SC Bill To Register, Determine Competency Of Journalists

Putin’s Approval Rating Will Be the Last to Fall, Says Pollster

Despite the economic crisis in Russia, President Vladimir Putin’s approval rating will be the last to suffer as Russians view him as a “savior” to the country and are much more likely to turn on other politicians, the head of Russia’s Public Opinion survey firm told national daily Izvestia.

While Russia is in recession and will remain so this year, according to International Monetary Fund projections, Putin’s approval has soared according to both state and independent pollsters. In October, state pollster WCIOM estimated 89.9 percent of Russians supported Putin while later that same month independent pollster Levada Center estimated the figure at 88 percent.
