Courtesy of Hugh Sprunt, this is the official description of the gun found with Vincent Foster at Fort Marcy Park (based on frame serial number). Just one more proof that the gun found with Foster was NOT silver colored.

Lisa Foster's reaction to the gun

This is a scan from the Senate record in which USPP Investigator John Rolla describes his interview with Lisa Foster.
Of particular note is the strange reaction of Lisa Foster to Rolla's describing the gun, (outlined in red) in which at the mention of the gun's color Lisa simply exits the room in a highly emotional state.
Since it has been established that the only gun that was in the Foster's Washington D.C. Residence was a chrome plated revolver, it is apparent that Lisa would have had to know that the black gun being described to her was not her husbands. It is equally apparent that she declined to say anything about the discrepency, opting instead for a rather lame comment about not knowing guns.

The above two pages are from the book,"Blood Sport", by James Stewert, a Columbia University Professor. In these two pages, Stewert describes the events by which the Foster's brought a gun, a "silver colored" gun, to Washington D.C. In so doing, he essentially duplicates the information contained in the FBI file 29D-LR-35063. In his book, Stewert insists that this is the gun that Vincent Foster was found with.

The above two pages are from a transcript of the Diane Rehm Show on WAMU FM 88.5 in Washington D.C. The in-studio guest is James Stewert. A caller, "Larry", points out to James Stewert the fact that the gun found with Foster is actually black. Stewert tries to equivocate, then simply yanks the plug on Larry.
This transcript makes clear that Stewert KNOWS he is in error on the gun color, and is refusing to aknowledge it's implications.
Ergo, Stewert's self-proclaimed image as a seeker after the truth is TOAST!
These three pages, courtesy of Allan Favish, show that the Senate Committee On Banking, Housing, And Urban Affairs echoed the claim that Lisa Foster recognized the gun shown to her as a gun she had herself brought up from Little, and in the footnotes, describes the gun as "silver colored".
On the third page, the full size version is underlined for the key passages.

The above two pages are from a letter written to Janet Reno by James Hamilton purportedly on behalf of the Foster family. It requests the return of the original note to the Foster fanmily and also expresses gratitude that the DoJ refused to release photographs of the note.
This is another scan from the infamous FBI file 29D-LR-35063 in which James Hamilton makes the specific request to block the release of a photograph of the "suicide" note, even in the face of a Freedom Of Information Act request. Again the request is purportedly on behalf of the Foster family.
Scan of a letter from the DNC to the RNC suggesting that investigation into the murder of Vincent Foster is just cheap politics.
