In college, I witnessed an experiment in which a rat was able to press a button and inject itself with cocaine. The rat kept pressing the button until it went into convulsions, and STILL kept leaning on the button until it died of a heart attack. John Belushi knew far more about the dangers of injecting cocaine than that rat, but the experiment ended the same way.
Slavery has come to America. Chemical slavery. For a few dollars worth of powder a day, you can own another man or women, body and soul. Put that man or woman in the media, and you influence the media. That man or woman will write and say just what you want them to say. Find an editor whose an addict, and control the whole paper. Locate a network executive whose hooked, and no offending TV shows will ever be seen. No artist unwilling to turn a blind eye will ever work in Hollywood again; only the complacent and complicit see success. You don't need to hook everyone, just the few key positions. The stuff is cheap. What would cost them a hundred dollars is just a few pennies to you; you're the importer. Step by step, you move owned assets into key positions on the chessboard.
Find a governor whose a slave to the white powder and you run a state. Set up a secure smuggling operation cloaked with "National Security". Once you have that, every buyer and every supplier will want to use your secure and uninterruptible pipeline. You don't need to try to control the business; the smart ones will come to you. The not-so-smart become fodder for the politically necessary arrests. No loss, it thins out the competition. Success is measured by how high the street price goes.
Once the financial base is secure, run your slave-governor for the White House. Launder millions of dollars through the state financial institutions, Indonesian banks, land deals, whatever, and make it look like popular support. The media won't raise any questions, they've been bought body and soul. Kill any reluctant participants (like Vincent Foster), and the media will cover for you, turning a blind eye to any unfavorable attention, official or otherwise.
The above scenario is not fiction. It's the same method that has been used by drug lords in several countries to seize clandestine control. Columbia for example.
But it only works if the general population is unaware of what's going on until it's too late; until the guns are seized, civil rights discarded, and a nation of the drug lords, by the drug lords, and for the drug lords, armed with the mightiest war machine in history, comes to rule in America.
That's why admitted drug smuggler "Bear Bottoms", armed with planted stories of which he had advance knowledge, is working so hard to assure everyone that there is no CIA drug running operation, either at Mena, in Los Angeles, or Kentucky, or Texas, or Arizona, or Montana, or anywhere else.
